The City of North Vancouver has received a Development Application to amend the Zoning Bylaw in order to construct a 7 storey mixed use development at 127-133 East 3rd Street, including:
• 4 retail shops on the street level;
• 18 rental residential units;
• 43 strata (owned) residential units above (61 residential units total); and,
• 74 parking stalls, with vehicle access from the lane.
Interested members of the public are invited to attend the Town Hall meeting for an opportunity to review the proposal and offer comments. The meeting will be held on Thursday May 24th at 225 East 2nd Street (North Shore Neighbourhood House) from 6:00-8:30 PM.
