Replace “National Energy Board” with “Planning Department”
Substitute “Kinder Morgan” with “Developer”
Change “Parliament” to “City Hall”
Vancouver City Hall is treating citizens of Vancouver similar to how the national government treats the City of Vancouver. Yet the pot calls the kettle black.
